Heap Leaching - Malachite Consulting has undertaken a number of heap leach projects, ranging from conceptual flowsheet development and metallurgical testwork, through to engineering design.
Malachite Consulting has the capability of undertaking heap leach projects from conceptual design through to Front-end Engineering Design (FEED).
The heap leach technologies include:
- Nickel laterites - Sulphuric acid leach
- Nickel sulphides - Bacterial oxidation
- Copper oxides - Sulphuric acid leach
- Copper sulphides - Bacterial oxidation
- Uranium - Sulphuric acid leach
- Uranium - Alkali leach
- Gold - Cyanide leach
In addition, Malachite Consulting has the process expertise to develop the downstream processing of the heap leach Pregnant Leach Solution (PLS) for refined metal recovery.
